Delete Your Account

You can delete your StrivoCoach account and its associated data yourself, from inside the app.

You do not need to email us to delete your account. Everything can be done from within the StrivoCoach app.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open StrivoCoach.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Open Account Details.
  4. Scroll to Danger Zone.
  5. Select Delete Account.
  6. Follow the confirmation process.

What to expect

  • For your security, you may be asked to sign in again or re-authenticate before deletion can proceed.
  • Deleting your account removes the StrivoCoach account and user data, except where information must be retained to meet legitimate or legal requirements.
  • Any active subscription is managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. If you want to stop future renewals, cancel the subscription separately in your Apple or Google account settings.
